We are intensifying the cooperation with the Slovak start-up Pygmalios. Their Pygmalios Analytics tool is moving retail into a whole new era. It reflects global changes, reacts to current and future retail needs, the growing Internet of Things, and arrival of Industry 4.0.
Pygmalios Analytics and its metrics are helping the marketing and merchandising, including common retail practice. They are able to uncover for example the changes in shopping behavior, shifts and stock planning reserves, and to adjust opening hours. Based on this real-time collected high quality data, the retail management is able not only to save the costs, but also demonstrably increase the takings and customer satisfaction.
